At Marketing Bay, we partnered with XADO as they entered the UAE and Oman markets with a cautious, performance-focused strategy. The collaboration began as a flexible month-to-month engagement, covering content creation and paid media.

Our objective was simple: deliver maximum impact with an efficient structure. By minimizing overhead and allocating a larger share of the budget directly to ad spend, we were able to accelerate testing, optimize campaigns quickly, and scale what works.
