Our Approach
At Marketing Bay, we partnered with Forootan Jewellery to deliver a campaign that required a highly specific artistic and creative direction, one that proved challenging to define and execute.
After several initial approaches did not fully meet expectations, we made a deliberate decision: instead of settling, we went deeper. Therefore, we invested additional time, creative exploration, and resources, without increasing the project fees in order to develop a new concept built on insights gathered throughout the process. Our focus was not on short-term profitability, but on achieving the right result.
Results Achieved
This commitment led to a breakthrough:
- Delivered a refined creative direction aligned with the brand’s vision
- Achieved the desired artistic outcome after multiple iterations
- Strengthened client confidence and satisfaction
Although the final approach exceeded the original internal cost, it resulted in something far more valuable which is trust.
